question about cleaning services?

I have a baby and the housework is taking a back seat right now. I am trying to do little by little but it just seems like so much. My house is so cluttered. How do cleaning services work? I have used a service in the past and they just cleaned but I need decluttering. Does this come with the service or do I need to find a special decluttering service? The main problem is our home office. How can I trust a service to come declutter for me and not steal?
Also what do you think the price would be for a 1600 sq ft home?

    My daughter runs an "Organizing" business in San Diego. Try Googling "Organize Me" There are companies that will organize anything for you. Her company is "Organize 180"
